Here in this tutorial we will show you how to set up the SMTP settings for your PrestaShop store. The SMTP service is available in all of our PrestaShop Hosting plans.
First you need to access the administration area of your website.
Then navigate to Configure > Advanced Parameters > E-mail:
By default the application is configured to use the PHP mail() function which is not advisable due to security reasons. You should set the option to SMTP:
Next you need to apply the SMTP details for your email account:
These are all the actions you need to perform. Your store is now configured to use SMTP.
