When you are building a community website you might think that Facebook is you largest competitor and in some aspects you might be right. However it is good to benefit from as much as possible factors and actually it is the same with Facebook.
In order to make it easier for the visitors of your website to sign up or login you can implement a feature that allows them to do that using their existing Facebook account.
To achieve this you will first be required to create a Facebook Developers API for Facebook login here. You can find more information on how to do that in the official Facebook documentation.
Next go to your Dolphin dashboard and navigate to Modules > Add & Manage:
Under the Not Installed Modules section you need to find the Facebook connect module and install it:
Once the module is installed navigate to Modules > Facebook Connect and fill in the required details, which you can obtain from your Facebook Developers account:
As soon as the module is properly configure you and the visitor of your website will be provided with option allowing them to access your website using their Facebook profile:
