First of all, you would need to download all of the files from you vTiger CRM’s root directory via FTP. If you are not familiar with the process here is an article, where we have explained it in details.
After you are done with this part, you simply have to export your vTiger CRM database by entering your cPanel, then go to phpMyAdmin and follow the steps, described in this article.
This is all you need to do in order to create a full backup for your vTiger CRM installation.
