When you first install e107 it will use the server time settings. You can easily change that using the administrative area of e107. To change the time settings, login to the admin area located at:
https://yourdomain.com/e107_admin/
If you have installed e107 in subfolder, for example “e107”, you should use:
https://yourdomain.com/e107/e107_admin/
Click on “Settings” > “Preferences”
On the left side menu select “Date Display options”:
Edit the “Time Offset” and “Timezone” field according to your own timezone:
Save the changes when you are done editing the settings.
