If you are building a community portal you may want to allow user registrations on your website. We will show how to allow user registrations on your e107 website in this tutorial. Start by login in the admin area located at:
https://yourdomain.com/e107_admin/
If you have installed e107 in subfolder, for example “e107”, you should use:
https://yourdomain.com/e107/e107_admin/
Navigate to “Settings” > “Preferences”:
Click on “User Registration/Posting” on the left:
Make sure the option for “Activate user registration system?” is set to “on”:
Click the “Save Changes” button to apply the changes.
Note: On the same page you can play around with the user registration settings to customize the registration process per your wish.
