To create backup of your Textpattern website you will need to do two things – backup your website files and your website database. You can easily backup your website files on your local computer by downloading them using FTP client. You can check our FTP video tutorials at:

To create backup of your website database, login your cPanel -> phpMyAdmin and export the database. You can find a video step by step tutorial how to export a MySQL database here:
