In this tutorial you are going to learn how to create a backup of your Jaws website. There are basically two things you will need to do:
1) Crate a copy of your website files
2) Export your website’s database
To backup your website files, simply download a copy of them using FTP. You can check our FTP video tutorials at:

The export of your website database can be easily completed via your cPanel > phpMyAdmin. You can follow our video tutorial which will guide you through the whole process of exporting your database:
