How often do you backup my websites/applications?
Does it matter if I have shared, VPS or Dedicated hosting?

On our shared hosting servers we are running backup scripts every weekend. Additionally every day a backup copy of the databases is made. We are keeping in our backup repository the latest backup of your website’s files and the backups of your database for five days back.
By default on our VPS and Dedicated servers the backup service is disabled due to the fact that most of the users hosted on such servers have large websites and such daily backup processes can significantly degrade the server performance. You can generate a backup copy of your account/website through your cPanel -> Backup Wizard.
