That really depends on what exactly you would like to achieve with the new domain that you would like to add. You can add more domains as Addon or Parked domains. You can change the quota for an email account using your cPanel > Email accounts. You will see full list of the currently existing accounts. Select the account you need to modify and use Change Quota option to change the account settings.

You can find which is the web-root directory for your addon domains via your cPanel > Addon domains. You will be able to find a list of all your addon domains including the Home/Root directories they are using.

The reason is that an addon domain is actually parked over a subdomain created for your primary domain.

Unfortunately Parked domains cannot be pointed to a different directory from the web-root of your primary domain (public_html/www).

You can install any script you would like for your addon domains via your cPanel > Softaculous. The addon domains will be added to the drop-down list with the Install function for each script there.

Unfortunatelly separate cPanel is not available for your addon domains. If you would like to have a separate cPanel for a domain you will have to purchase a new hosting account for the domain.
