The video comments in Dolphin are not working?

Video comments are not working on my Boonex Dolphin application. How can I fix this?

If you are experiencing any issues with your video comments in Dolphin, firstly you will need to check if your RMS service is configured properly. RMS or also known as Ray Media Server is a free software which comes with Boonex Dolphin and it is based on open-source — Red 5. This media server is required in order for Flash Apps on some Dolphin modules. This can be done from your Administration Area -> Modules -> Flash Apps -> Settings.

As you can see on the screenshot above, you need to make sure that your RMS is enabled and the RMS Address is:

184.154.38.58

In case the RMS service is properly configured with this settings and you are still experiencing issues, you can submit a support ticket from your Client Area with us and we will be glad to assist you with this further.
