You will be able to change the NS records for your domain only at your domain registrar. If your domain is registered with us you should be able to change the NS records from your:

Client Area -> Domain -> My Domains -> click on the Manage Domain button at the corresponding domain.

After scrolling down a bit you will be able to find the NameServers interface where you will see four textboxes which are assigned to each of the nameservers. If you want to change the current nameservers you have to delete the old nameservers and enter the new ones. Save the changes and the NS records will be changed.

If you are not sure how to change the NS records for your domain just open a new ticket to our Support Team from your Client Area and we will change them for you.

If your domain is not registered with us you have to go to your domain registrar and request a NS records change. In both cases there will be a propagation period which sometimes is up to 24 hours and during that time your website might not load properly.
