You should use the following settings to configure your email clients:

Incoming (POP3 or IMAP) mail server: mail.example.com
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: mail.example.com (server requires authentication)
Username: your full e-mail address. That is [email protected], instead of simply username Password: the password associated with the above address
SMTP port: 25 or 2525
POP3 port: 110 (995 for SSL)
IMAP port: 143 (993 for SSL)
SSL/TLS: disabled

Where you should substitute example.com with the name of your domain (mail.example.com should be -> mail.yourdomain.com).

You can check the exact settings which you should use from:

cPanel -> Email Accounts -> at the corresponding email click on “More” dropdown menu -> Configure Email Client. Depending on the type of the connections you should use “Secure SSL/TLS Settings” or “Non-SSL Settings” which are located at the “Manual Settings” section.
