Usually an error message you may receive will look like this:
“Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: …………. Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.”
This means that the domain you are trying to add to your account is pointed to a server different from the one your account. To be able to correct this and successfully add your new domain you will have to point it your domain correctly. You can find the necessary details (NS records, A record) for our server with the Welcome mail we send you with your account registration or via contacting our Support team.
If your domain is registered with TMDhosting you can manage your domain DNS settings via your client area > Domains > My Domains > View/Edit button and find the Nameservers section.
If your domain is not registered with TMDhosting you can follow the below tutorial:
in DNS management section.
If your registrar is different that the suggested above you will have to contact the registrar in question and request the necessary changes
