No, you do not have to sign any contract to use TMDHosting services. You can pay for our services on a monthly basis and cancel anytime you like. We are also offering hosting account services for one, two or three years with different discount (the bigger the period, the greater the discount is). Even though the total sum for those plans needs to be paid on sign up, there is no contract that keeps you with us. The only contract you need to follow are our terms of services which you can find here:
