Here in this article we will show you how you can create a new database in your cPanel, assign a user to it and grant full privileges for the user to the database in question.

To proceed, please follow the instructions below:

1) Access your cPanel which is available at yourdomain.com/cpanel.

2) Navigate to the Databases section >  MySQL Database Wizard:

3) Add a database name:

4) Next you need to specify the username and password to access the database. To obtain a strong password you can use the Password Generator:

5) Now you need to add privileges to the user to manage the database:

That’s it! The database and the user are created and the user has full privileges for the database:
