CPANEL has pre loaded File Manager Client UI, Can I have sub-users to access to it throught the browser?
The UI is really good and has a lot of useful tools, It will be great and workfull if we can assign some roles to subaccounts/subusers to access to it as a advanced FTP Client.

Since the File Manager is a feature built in the cPanel itself there is no way to provide a user with access to it without giving him a full permissions to access the cPanel and all of its functionalities.
However you can create an FTP account through your cPanel > Files section > FTP accounts and provide access only to specific directory of your hosting account. With the credentials that you define when creating the account the user can access this folder using an FTP client such as FileZilla.
