I want to use my temporary URL for the phpList application that is installed on my account. How to make this adjustment?

In order to configure your phpList application to be accessible via a temporary URL, you can use the Administrative Dashboard of phpList.
Click on the Setup phpList button, located under the System Functions dropdown screen:
You will see a page with a list of configuration steps with a “Go there” hyperlinks.
Click on the “Verify Settings” step as shown in the next picture:
After this step, when you get to Verify Settings page, you should scroll to the “general settings” section and click on the edit box of the “Website address” field. In this field you can fill in your URL address.
