Mambo Tutorial - Adding Section

How to add a section

 

1. Login to your Mambo Admin area

 

2. Click on Sections

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Click on New

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Fill the information:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

-- Title

-- Section Name

-- Image: if you want one of the pre-defined Joomla images added to the section

-- Position: The position of the image

-- Access Level: Who has access to the section

-- Published: To make it visible or not

-- Description: Use the WYSIWYG editor to add information to the section

 

5. Click on Save from the menu at the top of the page.
