Enable RMS (Ray Media Server) and what features I will get afterwards?

Ray Media Server is most likely the only community-driven software, which will enrich your website with multimedia capabilities for completely free of charge. It will provide a bridge between your community and a Flash Communication Server, which on its side will serve chat, IM, video chat with IM and camera, video player, photo and audio capabilities, as well as give your registered members to leave video comments on their profiles. They will also be able to take pictures using their cameras without having to download them first on their computers. All they need to do is to take a picture, using your website.

Enabling Ray Media Server is easy and requires quite a simple setup. You just have to go to your Administrator area > Modules > Flash apps:

There, you will be able to see all Flash apps, which you currently have installed. Dolphin comes with A/V chat (audio/video chat), Comments Video Player (the one that enables video comments), Desktop, Messenger (the IM utility), Music Player, Photo Shooter (the utility for self-photo making), Video Player and Whiteboard. All these modules are written in Action Script, which translates data between your members and your website’s server using Ray Media Server. To enable them, click on the “Settings button” when navigated to the Flash apps section and a new window, similar to this one will load:

You need to tick the “Use RMS” and save the settings. Then, all RMS capabilities will be enabled. If, for some reason, you get an error “Cant connect to RMS”, this means either there is no RMS support for your account (nearly impossible) or your domain name is not listed in the RMS access list (happens sometimes).
