How to create FTP accounts

You can create additional FTP accounts for your hosting account via your cPanel -> FTP accounts icon.



On the FTP Accounts page, please input the desired FTP account username and password as well as the home folder for your newly created FTP account. Be advised that your new FTP account will have access to all files and folder under its home directory and all subdirectories. If you would like to create an account with access to all of your files under public_html directory you should set public_html as home folder.

Note: All additional FTP accounts should use the full account name as username. For example:

Username: tmdhosting@example.com
Password: yourpassword
