The Technical Support Team of TMDHosting is mainly reachable* via the Ticketing System available in your User Area. You can use the Ticketing System to request various types of assistance from TMDHosting Technical Support Team.

You will be redirected to a form, which you will have to fill in. First of all, fill in the "Subject" field with the description of your request. If it is an installation, fill in "Installation" or "Install application", if you need a backup restored fill in "Restoration request" or "Restore backup", etc.

In the bigger box, describe in details the issue you are experiencing / the assistance you need. It has been proved that properly described requests/issues take less to resolve due to the fact that time is spent on assistance and not on communication. When you fill in the request, click the "Submit" button. In less than 15 minutes your issue should be resolved and you will be contacted for confirmation.
