If you have deleted your public_html directory of your account by mistake, you can easily create a new one with the same name via FTP or from your cPanel > Files > File Manager. However, if you had some content in that folder and you would like to retrieve it again, please open a new Support ticket and our Technical Support team will review for the latest backup file of your account, from where we can restore that folder and your content for you.
