In order to access your hosting account with us, you may download the FileZilla FTP client for your Mac OS which is freeware and easy to use application. Once you have downloaded  and installed it, you may follow these step to access your account:

1.    Open your FileZilla application

2.    In the upper “Quickconnect bar” you should enter the following details:

a)    Host – in this field you may enter your domain name (if it is not in propagation period)or the hostname of the server or the IP address of the server.

b)    Username – in this field you should enter your cPanel/FTP username (note that if you prefer to access your account with already created additional FTP account you should enter the full username such a username@domain.com)

c)    Password – In this field you should enter the cPanel/FTP password corresponding to this account.

d)    Port – You should enter the default FTP port: 21
•    All the setting above you may view into your welcome mail by visiting your Client area -> Emails -> Welcome to TMDHosting
Then you should navigate to Edit -> Settings -> FTP -> there choose “Passive mode” if it’s not chosen by default -> click “OK”. Now you may click the Quickconnect button to access your hosting account.
