“Incorrect login details” error when I try to connect via FTP
If you are trying to access your hosting account through FTP client and receive “Incorrect login details”, first we suggest you to change your cPanel login details which are used to login with your FTP client. In order to change your cPanel/FTP login details, you should visit your Client area -> Services -> click on the “View/Edit” button next to your hosting package. There you will be able to change your cPanel/FTP login details. Note that if you have created additional FTP account after its user name make sure that you have added @yourdomain.com , only your main FTP account can be entered as a username only.
