In order to review whether your FTP service is in healthy state, you may do so by visiting your Client area. On the home page of your Client area your will review on the right side “Account monitoring” block, there you will be able to review your FTP service whether is up and running as well as all the rest services which are necessary for your web site to run properly. Also you may try to access your hosting account via FTP to be sure that it’s working properly or not. Please not that, if you still experience any issues with the FTP connection to your web hosting, make sure that you have entered the correct details to log in.
