There are a number of reasons for the issue that you are experiencing. First and foremost, you will need to check if your domain name is properly pointed to our server. To see the name servers that apply for your account, please refer to the welcoming message, received when you have registered your hosting account. When you have those, please go to the following website:

and enter the domain name that you are using. Then in the Options section, please select Trace and click on the Dig button. The next step is to scroll down to the end of the information that came up on the screen and check for the name servers displayed. If they are not the same as the ones in the welcoming message, then this is the reason why you are accessing different content from the one on your account. You will have to go to your registrar and point your domain to the correct name servers.
