There are few application in your cPanel which are providing you with statistics about the usage of your websites. Sometimes you may need to manually update these logs. For that purpose, access your server via SSH with your root user and execute the following command:

/scripts/runweblogs Username

You should change “Username” with the actual cPanel username. Once the command is executed, login the cPanel for that username and you should see the updated statistics for that user.
