In order for your WildCard SSL certificate to work correctly with your subdomains some server-side modifications will need to be applied. In order for your WildCard certificate to be configured correctly you should open a ticket with TMDHosting support team so that they may further assist you on the matter.

The ordinary private SSL can be installed only for one domain or subdomain. If you would like to have SSL for your primary domain and all its subdomains you should purchase the WildCard SSL.

The SSL certificate is not included with the price for your hosting account. You will have to purchase your SSL additionally via your client area > Order > Extra services > Security and SSL.

If you are using TMDhosting Standard SSL certificate it is configured to work with both yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com.

You can purchase a SSL certificate and it will be installed for you successfully no matter with whom your domain is registered with. Your domain, however, needs to be pointed correctly to TMDhosting server your account is hosted at.
