Changes to the settings of a domain may take up to 24 hours to take effect. Please try to initiate the domain transfer again after 24 hours. If the issue is still present you should contact our Support Team via your Client Area → Support → My Tickets.

If you have Domain Privacy protection enabled for your domain you would need to contact the current domain registar and disable the feature. While the domain privacy is enabled the confirmation email will not be delivered and the domain transfer will fail.

The administrative email address for the domain is required to approve the domain transfer. Unfortunately we are not able to initiate the domain transfer without the transfer has been approved.

We recommend not to initiate a domain transfer in 15 or less days before its expiration. While the domain is being transferred, all management options are locked and you are taking the risk of having the domain expire.

The price of the domain transfer depends of the extension of the domain which you are trying to transfer. The price of the transfer includes the renewal of the domain for one whole year.

Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer a country-specific domains to TMDHosting. At this point we only accept the following extensions: .us .ca .de .es .co.uk .org.uk .me.uk .com.au .co.nz .asia .me .co .in .ws

Domain transfer could be easily initiated through your client area → Domains → Domain Transfer. Before initiating the transfer you should make sure that you have meet the following requirements: Domain is 60 days or older Domain is unlocked You have the authorization code You have access to the administrative email address used upon registration [...]

When a domain name has expired all manamagent options are automatically locked. This means that the domain can’t  be unlocked until it has been renewed.

Unfortunately expired domains could not be transferred. This is an official ICANN restriction and no exceptions could be made. In order to initiate the transfer of the domain you will have to  renew it first. Once the domain is renewed you will be able to start the transfer.

We cannot renew an expired domain registered by another registrar or hosting company. This is an ICANN official rule which allows no exceptions. If a domain is due for renewal we will send you a notice 60 days before the expiration date. This is more than enough time  to have the domain renewed  or transferred. You may easily renew domains registred through TMDHosting from your client area -> Domains -> Domain Renewals.

The free primary domain registered upon sign up is automatically renewed with the renewal of the hosting account. If you no longer would like to use the hosting account with us, but keep the domain, you may renew it via your client area -> My Domains -> Domain Renewals.

When you sing up for account with TMDHosting, we shall register a free domain for you. The free domain registration applied only if the domain is used as primary domain for your account. TMDHosting will gladly continue the free registration of the domain as long as you keep your hosting account with us active.

Changes to the settings of a domain name, including DNS servers, may take up to 24 hours to become effective. You may check in which areas the DNS propagation has been completed from here. When the propagation is complete, you will be able to access your website from the server which hosts your account.

Once the primary domain of your account has been changed, you may add your old domains as parked via your cPanel -> Parked Domains. That way you will have the website accessed via both old and new domains.

With our „Amazing package“, you are able to host one domain name by default. You can, however, extend up to 5 domain names using our addon slots feature.
