To install a new module in Moodle you should:

 

1)      Extract the contents of the downloaded module archive to folder of the same name

2)      Upload the folder to mod directory in your Moodle installation root.

3)      Go to your Moodle Admin panel > Notifications to follow additional installation instructions if such are available
