If your videos are not being converted, please make sure, that your ClipBucket has been properly configured, as per the instructions in here.

 

Some of the video formats supported by ClipBucket are:

AVI

WMV

QuickTime

DIVX

MPEG

3GP

FLV

 

If the file that you are uploading is not in one of those formats, it is possible that it can not be converted due to the fact that its format is not supported by ClipBucket.

 

If your settings are correct and your video is in a supported format, yet it is still not being converted, submit a Technical Support ticket from your ClientArea so that we may assist you in resolving the issue
