How to request my FREE Product installation?

TMDHosting provides unlimited and FREE installations of various applications. In order to request a certain application to be installed, you should contact the TMDHosting Technical Support Team. This is recommended to be done by submitting a support ticket.

You can submit a ticket through your User Area, where you have to login first. It is located here:

Here you should use the email address and the password that you have received upon signing up with TMDHosting.

When you login, find the "Submit ticket" button and click it:

You will be redirected to a form, which you will have to fill in. First of all, fill in the "Subject" field with something like "Installation" or "Install application"

In the bigger box, write down the name of the application that you would like to have installed and preferably the location you would like to have it installed into. If you would like to install it in your web root folder (accessible via yourdomain.com), you can simply request it to be installed in your web root folder. If you would like to have it in a separate folder, such as "shop", for example, mention that you would like it accessible via yourdomain.com/shop. Also mention the login details that you would like to use. When you have finished, click on the "Submit" button and your request will be received by the TMDHosting Technical Support Team!

In less than 15 minutes you will receive a confirmation, as well as details for your installation.
